COSTCO in Johnstown, PA

We, the shopping public of the Greater Johnstown, Pa area petition the Board of Directors of Costco to place an outlet store in Johnstown area.
Johnstown is a region of similar size to the neighboring communities of Altoona and Greensburg, both of which have Sam's Club stores.
